PTOLEMEON

Ptolemies was the name of a dynasty of Macedonian kings of Egypt, during the Hellenistic period. They ruled from 305 to 30 B.C. The founder of the dynasty was Ptolemy I, who was a General of Alexander the Great and their last Queen was Cleopatra. The capital of their kingdom was Alexandria.
