Emmanouil Manousogianakis (1853-1916) was an officer. He took part in the War of 1897 and the Balkan Wars. He was appointed Minister of the Army. It was also the name of Anagnostis Manousogianakis (1786 or 1787 or 1890-1881), chieftain from Crete who fought in the uprising of Crete in 1821, 1841, 1858 and 1866-1869.
