Stamatios (Stamos) or Kapetan Hapsas was a chieftain of Macedonia, from Halkidiki, who fought during the Revolution of 1821. He was a comrade of Emmanouil Papas, a leader of the Revolution in Macedonia. He was killed fighting in the battle of Vasilika in June 1821.
