        Since 1982, the Municipality of Thessaloniki has been divided by law into five Municipal Districts, already 6 Municipal Communities in respective municipal stores and the same bodies. The 2nd Municipal Community of the Municipality of Thessaloniki extends to the west side of Thessaloniki, has an area of 330 hectares and a population of about 35.000 inhabitants.

Livanovo is a village in Bulgaria. It was the place where the victorious battle of the Greek army against the Bulgarian army took place. Livanovo is also the old name of Aiginio, near Eleftherochorio, Katerini.
